Legund – legumes without peel

Personally I really like legumes like lentils, peas, beans, etc.. But sometimes they can be a bit heavy, and if you have digestive or bowel problems they become a no go. But for example legume soup is rich in protein and can substitute even meat. Same for legume pasta which is very good for people with gluten problems.

Here is a solution: hulled legumes. The company I am buying from has good quality products, all kind of hulled legumes and several kind of pasta made with them. They offer an introductory package so you can try different kind of their products. I am now using them all the time and I really see the difference. Give it a try.
