This small company near Rome breeds chickens in a perfect ethic, green, bio way – call it as you want but they have a true different taste. They breed them just for the eggs and never kill them for the meat. Also the chckens are free all day in the fields and the food they get is natural and balanced. The company is even collecting money to build retirment homes for chickens that can not produce eggs anymore in order to let them have a serene retirement until the end of their days. So nice. They also offer additional products such as fresh made pasta or zabaione (a sweet cream made with eggs). They deliver in the Rome area or their eggs can be found in selected shops. My husband can not live without these eggs and says they are absolutely the best he ever had.
